Write us the family name and whatever you know — however little. We write back honestly: what can be found, what it would cost in your case, and whether it is worth doing at all. About one case in ten, we advise against — and that advice is free too.

Write to us in English, Ukrainian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish or Russian — we answer in the language you wrote in.

Why in writing, and not a phone call

Because our families write from Alberta, Paraná, Misiones, Wrocław and Sydney — a dozen time zones and six languages. In writing, nobody is woken at 3 a.m., nothing is lost in a hurried accent, and you keep our answer on paper. Write in any of our six languages; if you would rather talk afterwards, just say so in the form and we will arrange a call with an interpreter.
